House wash

We use light pressure with little as possible SH to protect and clean the house without damaging paint, lights, hangable items and more. we start off by taking a walk around to ensure there's nothing that could be damaged by the chemical (SH). We will take before pictures at this time also. Afterward if needed plants will be covered to protect them from spaying chemical. We'll spray from the gutter down to remove any algae, mold, dirt, and grim. Then time for the rinse, making sure soffits, fascia's, gutters, walls, windows/window frames, and doors have been properly cleaned and chemical removed from said surfaces. When it's all said and done, a walk around with you will be performed to ensure you have an extra big smile with a sense of cleanliness and freshness before we leave. Driveway/sidewalk cleaning

Surface will be pretreated with SH to remove mold, algae, weeds, dirt, and debris. If your driveway is painted, a soft wash will be done to not remove/damage any paint but still giving you the cleanliness. Driveway not painted? high pressure with a surface cleaner to deep clean the concrete. We then rinse the surface removing the dirt, weeds, and grime we pulled up. Last comes post treatment, it ensures longevity of mold and algae growing back sooner than expected. (Before and after pictures will be taken and sent to you)

Pool deck & screen enclosure

With the area cleared out/off we will spray all bars, walls, screens, most furniture, and the deck, removing spider webs, mold, algae, and much more. Then rinsing from top to bottom starting with the enclosure rinsing every bar/screen; Then windows, sliding doors and their tracks, next is rinsing walls and deck. Doing this will make sure all debris is removed. (Before and after pictures will be taken and sent to you)

Gutter cleaning

Gutters making your house into a waterfall? No problem! We will come prepped with trash bags to leave a no mess finish. While removing leaves, sticks, weeds, and dirt, we ensure down spouts are clear from any such unwanted items. we will report to you with pictures if there may be an issue with the gutter that would cause overflow to happen (Before and after pictures will be sent)
